Delivery and shipping information

Orders are usually dispatched within two days of receipt and are sent by courier [3-5 days' delivery time].  If you require something for a special date, e.g. a birthday, please let us know. 

For orders up to £30 the delivery charge is £3.95
For orders over £30 the delivery charge is £5.95

Special Delivery Next day is available for an additional £5.00 - request this at the checkout.  Apologies for the cost of this - since Royal Mail stopped taking hobby horse-length parcels from 2nd April 2013 we have to use a special courier for this urgent next-day deliveries.  Please note: if this service is requested on a FRIDAY your parcel will be delivered the following Monday.

All orders £38.00 (this is the actual cost: we do not make a profit on the shipping)
