*NEW* My Riding Pony video

We know how much fun children have with our horses and now we have a great little film showing them in action!  These children have made a wonderful jumping course in their garden and have constructed some ingenious jumps from whatever they could find.  This is good, imaginative play at its best!   To watch the video click here .

New black Shetland pony - adorable!

By popular request we have added a black Shetland pony to our range.  This little fellow is sleek and glossy and is definitely in his 'summer' coat!  He is shown with dark brown leather tack, but of course you can have the black set if you prefer - please add a note with your order.

Channel 4 Big Brother

... chose Laurel Designs hobby horses for their latest task!  Shown on Channel 4 television live on Sunday 20th June, we saw the housemates playing the part of 'all the Queen's men' while our hobby horses enjoyed the role of 'all the Queen's horses' in the Humpty Dumpty task.  A short video can be found on the Channel 4 Big Brother website.

New Hobby Horse Colours

Have a look at our fabulous new hobby horse colours. We have just introduced the softest, sleekest natural white. The perfect first pony for any little girl - perhaps not the most practical colour, but it really does look and feel gorgeous. (Don't worry, it's surface washable!) We also have exactly the same quality of fabric in a glossy black. One of our most popular colours when we're at shows is the dun. This beautiful new fabric is slightly shaggy, and is also very soft and hardwearing.
